OUR CO-FOUNDERS

Edward M. Lopez grew up in “The Bronx” New York, and currently owns and operates several companies which include:  Principle Broker/Owner of CBC Realty Services, a NY full service Real Estate Brokerage company employing over 40 Sales associates; President and CEO of Creative Business Centers Inc., a major Mortgage Brokerage company in NY; Co-Owner of Dunlop Solutions, a nation wide loss mitigation company.

Mr. Lopez received his formal education at Pace University where he studied Computer Science & Telecommunications (undergraduate & Graduate), and New York University where he studied Real Estate. Mr. Lopez also served his country in the US Marine Corps, with service in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

Prior to his Real Estate career, Mr. Lopez worked as an IT Consultant and developed several software systems for major corporate organizations such as The Bank of New York, General Electric, and  & BMW. Mr. Lopez is currently a NY State licensed Real Estate Instructor, as well as a certified Business & Life Coach -  and has 15 years experience in real estate fields which includes: investing, flipping, property management, mortgage finance, and running brokerage operations. In addition, Mr. Lopez is an licensed Commercial Pilot.

James R. Daniels, a native of Jennings Florida, is CEO and president of numerous entrepreneurial enterprises.  He has gained extensive experience in marketing and sales, operations and the financial management of small to medium high-tech business since 1987.

Mr. Daniels currently owns D’s Health Care Services, Bivens Funeral Home Services, Willie Daniels Assistant Living facility and has owned Macs Auto Repair and Towing since 2004. He is the Broker/CEO of Friendly Mortgage in Live Oak, Florida as well as manages D’S Food Services, a multi-plant operation of 75 employees based in Jacksonville, Florida, that supplies industrial food service to prisons of Florida. The operation has achieved profitable status through implantation of cost reduction program, on line computers design capability and 50% increase in factory efficiency since Mr. Daniels became the owner and operator in 1993.

Currently Mr. Daniels has contracts with Moody Air Force Base, Department of Transportation for the State of Florida, The school board of Columbia County, and the department of risk management to paint and remolded state buildings for the State of Florida.

As the founder and consultant of LJD’S and Associates a Nevada based Company, Mr. Daniels bought and sold real-estate in Las Vegas, New York and Arizona and negotiated acquisitions to various small and medium size business and franchises. He was a managing consultant for C & W foods.

Mr. Daniels, also, spent 2004-2005 as the site Coordinator for FEMA in Florida. He managed the emergency response team that provided supplies to both military and residential areas. Mr. Daniels is constructing a 200 capacity children academy, ranging from infant to per-k in Jasper Florida.

OUR COACHES

CREM has an incredible group of staff and trainers that have each been involved in buying, negotiating and selling real estate. In addition they are each involved in teaching and training mentor students. All of the CREM coaching staff are experienced investors themselves and continue to invest in real estate for their own account. Their personal successes add to the student experience and help students climb the learning curve faster than they otherwise would.

A full time Real Estate Investor, Nicole Valentin is a product of the CREM   system. After joining CREM at the GOLD Level, she implemented the strategies and techniques she learned and boosted her business exponentially. So much so, that we decided to bring her on board as a Coach, to teach the things she learned and applied. Ms. Valentin is a “No-Nonsense” leader, so if she’s assigned to you, you better be serious about doing your business because she takes her Coaching duties very seriously, and does not have time for excuses, so watch out!

Leon England is a retired NYC Corrections officer turned business mogul.  Currently Mr. England resides in Virginia Beach, VA where he is expanding the CREM business, as well as many other ventures he is involved in. Mr. England has been a Coach with CREM since it’s inception, and continues to inspire and motivate others to give their best. He is a “Nice Guy” but don’t take this for granted. Remember he dealt with the meanest and baddest criminals in New York Cities “Rikers Island”, so he knows first hand how to deal with difficult personalities.
